I just want to know if it is possible to spawn zebra danios in a 10 liter aquarium?
No, and they shouldn't be kept in so small a space either.
Zebra Danios are super active fish that need space to swim. And they need to be kept in groups of 6 +.
The very minimum volume they should be kept in is 10 gallons/38 liters. Really they should have at least a 20 gallon/76 liters long.
Your "aquarium" is suitable for no fish.
I suggest you either toss it, or use it to house a few plants, shrimp, and maybe a snail or two.

And the woman who posted 'no comment' how rude are you?!
