It looks like a juvenile something, the one that sprung to mind was the Banded Catshark, also called Grey Carpet Shark (Chiloscyllium punctatum):

I live in NW Tasmania we call them a number of names, some are not nice as they are not the intended catch swell shark, carpet shark, wobbiegong but they're not really,
thats a dog shark for sure:) ive caught loads of these over the past year
