Why is my fish swimming almost straight up and down?

I have a dalmatian Mollie fish and it is swimming with its head up and tail down and kind of rocking back and forth. He is eating, but I haven't seen him pooping at all. I just did a water change the other day. All of the other fish seem fine. What should I do???
Sounds like swimming bladder disorder. The only thing you can do is try feeding it some peas with the skin taken off. It may be to late though. Swimming bladder disorder is caused by over feeding, so to prevent this from happening to the rest of your fish, make sure you are feeding the right amount. They should only be fed once a day, give them as much as they can eat in 3 - 5 minutes. If after 3 minutes all the food is gone, give them a little more. If after 5 minutes there is still food floating around or on the gravel, give them less next time. Hope this helps :-)
