Despite everyone in my tank being adult size, it's looking quite empty! I wanted to add a Yoyo Loach but on research they need friends and will probably nip at my other fishes' fins.
I was thinking of some kind of bottom dweller or maybe another school of fish, like glowlight tetras. Or something red. I'm open to suggestions, thanks.
My tank:
45 gal (3 foot), 2 canister filters, weekly-fortnightly water changes
Here's an old photo of it (that Amazon Sword has turned into 8 now, lol. Lots of caves. No I don't have guppies anymore):
http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-a ... * 2 Cockatoo Apistos (had three but one of the females died ...)
* 2 Bolivian Rams
* 5 Rummynose Tetras
* 2 Peacock Gudgeons
* 1 Male Betta
* 1 Longfin Bristlenose Cat
Fish have all lived peacefully together for a year.

Instead of the yoyo loach, how about a shoal of java/black kuhli loaches?
Glowlights are a very good choice.
For something red, harlequin rasboras would be great.
If you're after something red, what about a shoal of Harlequin Rasboras? They're pretty easy to find and relatively hardy, and should be fine with your other fish. They are mid-top dwelling also so will help fill that space.
You could try 6-8 in that size tank, they get about 1.5 "and are peaceful.
