superglue will not harm your fish in any way ... i use it in my tanks to glue plants to rocks and driftwood, and saltwater tank keepers use it as well ... but i really have no idea what you are asking ...
i take it that you have spilt super glue into a container with water meant for your fish, get rid of the water and if the super glue has set try and scrap it off or use another bucket or container but dont use that water, dont know if ive decifered your question right but thats the best that i can do for you.
