Panda cory catfish questions?

Today I got 2 panda cories at my local pet-store to go in my 10 gallon community tank. The pet-store guy sold me some fish flakes to feed them, but the other fish always eat them first. What to they eat. Also , what to they need as far as care?
You can remedy this by taking a tiny pinch of flakes in hand, and spreading them along the bottom for your cories. Net out any excess that is left over after about 10 minutes ( they like to forage). I use this technique to feed my loaches in my community setup. Just make sure not to overfeed.

You can also get some type of sinking pellet pellet, but I prefer the flake method, because flake soaked in water doesn't bloat inside your fish.

As for general care, provide them with good water quality via regular weely water changes with a gravel vacuum. You will likely need to upgrade your tank size soon, since cories really do best in a larger group, in a larger tank.
The pet store guy messed up because I had the same problem with my Julie Corys. The next time you go out buy algae wafers, they are my corys absolute favorite and they sink to the bottom so they can always grab some first
here's something i like to do that cory cats love a cut of cucumber and its safe and healthy for them.
