75 gallon. Are the water requirements the same?

They're excellent tankmates, and require the exact same water parameters. Gold and bolivian rams are great as well if you want some variety.
I would probably go with 5 or 6 rams and 5 or 6 angels. You could get away with more, but this will keep water parameters reasonable, and you can get tetras or some smaller plecos lie bushy noses, as well if you want them.
Make sure their are plenty of hiding places, as angels will get big and harass them or eat their babbies
