Why is my betta and neon tetras bellies swollen?

  Stock:

1 male plakat dragon mix betta

6 young neon tetras

A shoal of ghost shrimp

3 peppered corydoras

I feed them on betta tropical fish flake food and catfish pellets. The temperature is 24 degrees celcius. Their tank has a suitable sized filter for it. It is a 10 gallon tank.

It has been cleaned within the past week, about 4-5 days ago and is cleaned every week. All water is stood overnight.

Water test results:

nitrites and nitrates 0

pH 6.8 atleast it wasnt too clear but between the 6.8-7.2 mark

GH 8

KH 6

Cl 0

Is this ok? What could be wrong? Could I be feeding them too much?

Theres bog wood and two dwarf annubias in it and a rather dead looking java fern too.
Probably over feeding, only feed them once a day. Also, only feed them what they can eat in 3-5 minutes. If after 3 minutes all the food is gone, feed a little more. If after 5 minutes there is still food floating around or in the gravel, give them less next time. :-) With fish it's better to under feed them than over feed them
are they fat? they might be pregnant.
Might be over feeding. Quick fix so GL.
