African Dwarf Frog is pale?

Alright, I just changed the water in their small tank. I did everything as I normally do. Well this morning, I woke up and noticed that one of the frogs is sitting at the bottom and is very pale. The other frog is moving around and is a nice green color. The pale frog isn't doing anything. I moved the tank around trying to see if it would move, but it didn't. I think it might be dead.

Does anyone know what could be happening? If it is dead, what's wrong with it so my other frog doesn't die?
If you have these frogs in anything like a frog-o-sphere, the weaker frog always dies because there is not enough room ... what size tank are they in??? and if the frog is dead you should remove ... i do not think another water change is necessary ...
it is probably dead .. . get it out asap, he probably died of old age, or just a normal problem, letting a dead animal rot in the water can affect the other one
Do you have an object that you can gently nudge the frog with, preferably something that is not sharp or pointy? Are it's eyes clouded? I have had several of these frogs myself and believe me if it is dead you will know. Regardless, I would still remove the frog even if it is alive and quarantine it in another tank so as to try to prevent the other frog from becoming sick. What size tank are they in. For two frogs the very minimum that they should be in is 2.5 gallons, although 5 gallons or more is better. It gives them more room to swim and a more stable water environment. I don't believe that the water change is what caused your frog to die, as long as water conditioner was used if it was tap water. Not that I want to lecture you, but if your frogs are in one of those little ecosphere tanks, you really should consider an upgrade for them. Those little tanks are a death trap for them, in those their life expectancy is cut in half. Not only is the container too small, but the twice a week feedings really are not enough for these frogs. I feed mine daily with a variety of frozen foods. I know that Walmart has a 5 gallon set up for a fairly inexpensive price. It comes with a 5 gallon glass tank, full hood, filter and heater for under $ 50.00. Here is the link. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

If your frog is still alive, you could try a round of antibiotic. There are very few that are frog safe, however I know that Maracyn 2 (minocycline) is safe for these frogs. I have had to use it on one of mine with success.
