I have 3 x~ray tetras 3 black skirt tetras 3 marble mollies 4 green tiger barbs 5 gold bards and 1 Chinese algae eater (I am aware of how big the algae eater will get but it will take a long time To grow full sized!!!!)

get a bigger tank and keep all ur fish

Get rid of 3 gold bards 1 of each tetra species.

20 gallon tank i think you said in another question.

I'd get rid of:

- All mollies, they need salt to be really happy anyway

- all barbs, with the other things there's just to much swimming in the middle for that size tank

- chinese algae eater

Then i'd get:

- 3 more x-ray tetras

- 3 more black skirt tetras

- a pair of south american dwarf cichlid (if you want you water to be soft and acidic

This is just my opinion

That depends how big your tank is. With that many you'd want something at least 100 litres. I would get rid of the mollys. From looking at Rowen Bean's post I would say he has no idea whats going on!
These fish you should have about 2 or 3 of as they are schooling fish, so you've done well there.
