i had a friend how had salt water tank and sea fish, but she also had a male betta. Can male betta's live in salt water? What fish should i get, i would like to get those snake things, umm im not sure what there called, i saw them at walmart. There long and skinny, like 6 dollars or something. I need to keep my fish funds under like 30 dollars, ill be buying from walmart, and this little pet shop, oh yeah and can a keep a snail in there too

A 10 gallon tank is too small for marine fish. Also, trying to do such a small first marine tank will result in wasted money and fustration or you.

2. do you know how to care for fish and a salt water tank to me you obviously don't even do research and know much about fish thus your going to probably waste your money.

3. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! know the species, their needs, your needs, salt water tank needs, setting up the tank, cleaning the tnak, ETC,ETC. salt water tanks run for a lot of money not $30 try hundreds of dollars. like i aid do your research first or dont get fish at all because your just wasting your mony.
