I would keep only the dwarf gourami and possible put 3 male guppies, 3 dwarf platties, 3-4 african dwarf frogs, 3 pygmy corrie cats.

Stay away from Betta's as they're not compatible with gouramis, stay away from tetras and barbs as they need 20+ gallons.

BUT with the clown pleco and dwarf grouami... you're stocked because the pleco will get 4 inches and are heavy waste producers.
