I want to add three cardinals to my 90 gallon reef but I don't know which is better. I heard that banggai cardinals are harder to keep and die easily but I like their color comapred to the pajama but I will glady take either one but I want to know who will last longer because I plan keeping the tank for many years to come.

I have a pair of banggai cardinals. I never had a problem with them but they don't do much other than just hover on one spot. Pajamas ( which I find more colorful) are something I have never kept in my tank. But I would assume they would be just as easy. They are passive fish but not too shy when it comes to feeding. Just keep them with other non aggressive fish.
