Most other fish will eat the eggs and fry of the minnows. So if you want them to breed, keep them alone.
Black moors grow too big for a 10gal.

A Black Moor needs 30 gallons for one and 50 gallons for two as they grow up to 8 ".
Other fish will eat any eggs, but good options for a 10 gallon are:
1 Dwarf Gourami
OR
3 Platies
OR
3 Guppies
OR
1 Betta
OR
3 African Dwarf Frogs ...
6 Mountain Minnows would likely stock a 10 gallon though ...
