I would like to know which sites are good to buy saltwater fish equipment because to get everything at my local fish shop it will cost me 900 $ including stand t5 lighting 20 pounds of live rock 6 fish and everything else like tests kits live sand etc. If you find this a good price which would be surprising just say it.

That is a fairly good price for saltwater. I've set up simple 20 gallons that cost that much. Even little 5 gallon tanks can easily reach something close to that!
What filtration method are you using?
There are tricks to get it cheaper, including buying used, but saltwater is not cheap by any means.
The livestock and live rock is especially costly. This is due to many things, including customs payments and shipping to get them into the country (most marine fish are wild caught and shipped halfway around the world).
You can get it cheaper by being thrifty and shopping around, but don't cut too many corners. People who do always have trouble! Or they end up paying a lot more in the long run due to lots of water changes or lifestock that won 't stay alive!
