HI! Me and my sister really want to get some fish. We have been trying to come up with ways to earn money and we thought breeding fish sounds like a easy and fun way to earn money. We have enough money to buy a 10 gallon tank and to buy fish. Our mom says "You need to take better care of the animals you have" or she says "Christmas is coming up, wait till then." Well, I think we take great care of our pets , I clean my rats cage two times a week and take them out of there cage at least a hour each day. We also feed our puppy it's just when he pukes in the house we get freaked out and don't really wanna clean it up ... And Christmas is more then a month away! Any tips on how to convince her?
Well just make sure you do your research because just cause you can take care of a rat, doesn't necessarily mean you can keep a fish. So just research the fish you want, and what conditions they like to breed in (I would suggest getting mollys because they breed like crazy) and show your parents all that you know and have learned so maybe that will prove your responsible enough to care for one
First off, you wont make much money breeding common fish that you can keep in a 10gal. But don't let that put you off, it's still an interesting hobby.

Use the time until then to learn about fish keeping. It's very different to rats and puppies. There are hundreds of different species, some easier than others to care for and breed.

well i had the same problem but if you could get guppies there really cute and have lil personalities
and theyll breed fast without help and there easy to care for.just give the babies some crushed food and plenty of hiding spots
tell her you want to breed betta fish. they are Beautiful and don't cost too much. be sure be be careful with what you do when breeding them. search online on how to breed them. 10 gallon tank would be perfect. DO PLENTY OF RESEARCH!
well, i have the same problem but i convinced them so i got my money bought my fish. maybe u should try doing more with ur animals and maybe she'll see that ur responisble.
