this morning i saw that fish (that clean the tank) outside the tank and dead

why did she jump out of the tank?
BQ: what is this fish name?
and thanks
I don't think that you are an experienced fish owner seeing that you kept the fish in the wrong environments and you assumed that there exists a fish that cleans up the tank.
Here are the things that I think that you didn't do or I know that you shouldn't have done.
1. I don't think that you cycled the tank. In an uncycled tank, the ammonia level soars and will kill any fish in the tank by burning it. The pleco (the cleaner fish) must have been tortured by the ammonia and thus jumped out of the tank to escape the toxic water.
2. The tank is overstocked. Most of the plecos that you find in stores are common or sail fin plecos. These fish grow up to a foot in lenght and need at least 75 gallons of water. The angel fish needs a tall tank that has at least 30 gallons of water, and the bala shark will grow well over a foot in length and will need 100 gallons. They are also shoaling fish and must be kept in groups of 4 at the least.

3. The fish are incompatible. The bala shark needs alkalic waters while the other two need acidic waters.
4. The pleco is also likely to be starving. In shops, people assume that they eat the algae on the glass. This is partly true. But they don't eat all kinds of algae, and on those pristine glasses of those tanks in shops, there isn't any at all. So most of their kind will be starving. Some people assume that they can eat pellet foods or flakes, but they can't. You must feed them blanched vegetables like cabbage, spinach or sinking algae pellets. The fish could have jumped out of the tank in a desperate attempt to find food. These fish will also latch themselves onto high backed fish like discus or angel fish and suck on their slimy coating and harm them.
Research the requirements on keeping any kind of fish any pet actually, before getting them. Don't just get them and keep them in the wrong environments that will kill them eventually.
1. You didnt cycle your tank
2. Maybe they got into a fight and it jumped out
pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com 3. Did u check whether they are compatible with each other?
4. Angel fish cant fit in a 10 gallon
5. Bala sharks must be in groups and 10 gallon is too small for a group
6. And if the fish your referring to that cleans the tank is a pleco then your really overstocking your tank
a pleco can grow up to 18 inch and 10 gallon is too small.
7. Do some research before u buy fishes pls, and search up on Cycling Your FIsh tank. And do lots of research before u buy fish, dont just let them die> <
8. Everyone thinks that pleco is small so they could fit in the small aquarium, but once u got it for a few week/month they make lots and lots of waste and grows very quickly.
EDIT: You must have very poor water quality, and no pleco can live in a 20 gallon and below tank. Never listen to petco/petsmart, do your own research in the net
Your fish may be small now, but ALL get big.
Angel fish get about six inches and are quite big. They need at least 30 gallons.

Bala sharks get very large, MUCH larger in fact. They need at least 150 gallon aquariums for a group of 5. (As they are schooling fish)
The pleco most likely jumped out just because. The pleco would have far outgrown the tank anyway. I suggest either taking the fish back or getting them bigger homes. Pet stores often scam people like this.
Your tank is to small that is why your fish jumped out bala sharks should be in groups and in 200 gallons plus a single Angel fish needs 29 Gallons as a minimum and you had all those In a 10 gallon the Ammonia is horrendous i bet in that tank fish also tend to jump out when you have Excessive ammonia and nitrites in a tank they are trying to escape the problem
was the tank cycled?
angel fish need 30 gallons each
bala sharks need 120 gallons for a group of 5
fish have been known to jump of tanks when the conditons are not right for them (it was probably trying to find some better water or more room)
she probably just jumped because she likes jumping and you didnt have a lid on;)

the water quality issue is important too, but personally i doubt it was relevant to why she jumped.
sometimes fish don't have the will to live
fish depression is a very serious issue
