what do you mean "do koi harvest"? Do you mean you want to build your own mud pond and raise koi to be resold? Or do you mean you will go and work at a koi farm and help them harvest their koi each year ?
In either case the answer is probably not. Koi breeders rarely make any money and they supplement their income breeding food fish. The very large operations with high quality koi and a solid reputation might net $ 50ka year, on a good year. Operating a farm is also very expensive and requires a lot of capitol to keep it afloat.
If you go and work at a farm and help with their harvest, you are looking at a $ 10 - $ 15 a hour gig at the most, and that's for some very hard work. But if you have a degree in marine biology and some sort of fish hatchery specialized degree (and I assume you don't give the poor grammar in your question) then you might be worth $ 50K to a major koi farm operation.
