White patch on new guppies head?

I added new female guppies to my established tank yesterday. Looking at her tonight i have noticed a white raised patch on her head. I think it might be crown fungus?

Just started a melafix treatment in the tank for some nipped tails, will this treat the fungus too?

Should i raise the temp? Currently at 26 degrees Celsius.
A white cottony looking is patch is defiantly a fungus infection and yes the Melafix does treat all types of fungus.
If it is larger than a grain of salt and it is a little fuzzy then it is probably fungus. the melafix will treat the fungus so you don't need to add anything else. yes you can raise the temp to about 80 degrees (fareinheit) or 81.
try using methylene blue. if you arn't sure use aquarium salt. NOT table salt. ad as directed. sometimes bacteria can cause the fish to be prone to unwanted diseases.
It's either ich or another fungus. Go to Wal-mart or your local pet store and pick up some "Wardley's" fungus stuff. It should work.
It may have ich. Just balance the PH and visit your local pet store for a drop in tank antibiotic.
It is fungus. Read the treatment directions and go online for the product information
it is ick not sure how it is spelled but that is how it is pronounced. get anti ick at a local pet store
