Can I use hot glue gun to cover the tip of a metal thing in the (betta leaf hamock?) Will it harm my tank? Thanks.
You should not use hot glue gun glue in a fish tank ... you should use aquarium silicone or Krazy glue gel or Super glue gel ... you can put the hammock in now without it and when you can pick up the glue, just remove it and fix ... i have had one hammock for over six months in a tank with no rusting at all ... so no rush: O)
Nah don't use that even if you let it dry parts of it might start to fall in the tank so just use awuarium safe silicone they sell them in all sizes (small, medium, and huge ones) so just buy a small one for like $ 5 and get the clear ones but it must say its ok for aquariums because some aren't ok.
I don't believe so because certain chemicals in the glue itself could be harmful plus you don't know what the gun or the glue touched in the factory.
i would suggest getting a new one because there are toxins in the glue that can be released into the watter.
