Can a betta live with my cherry & rosy barbs?

i have a 3 gallon fish tank with 1 cherry barb and 1 rosy barb. I wanted to know if i can add one more fish to the tank and if i can, can a betta get along with them? And if not, what other fish can i put in there that won't kill the fish i already have?
Oh no, you got a real problem there!

Those fish need to be in a shoal of at least six with their own species. So you need 12 fish in total, meaning you need a 25-30 gallon aquarium. Only then, maybe you could add a betta.

Please upgrade your tank or get rid of them, they don't have enough space and not being in a shoal will totally stress them out! It's animal cruelty, and that's not very nice.

And by the way, bettas need a minimum of 5 gallons with a heater and filter. Do lots of research before getting any pet. Here's my channel if you need help.
They can live together but they cant in such a small tank but keep in mind only female bettas will and you need at least a 10 gallon for the barbs you can get them cheap and walmart but you do need a much bigger tank for the barbs then you can put the betta in and you can put a male in the 3 gallon but he will rip anything living in sight apart so ... ya do the bigger tank and than move a betta in
Dont try it. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

The tank is too small to keep barbs in, which are schooling fish and need to live in a group. They are NOT happy in there.

You are going to need about 20gal for the rosy barbs, and 10gal min for the cherry barbs.

Rosy barbs are also known fin nippers, and a single stressed one in a small tank will shred a betta.

Get a bigger tank, and some more barbs, then the 3gal will be OK for just a betta.

yh betta fish, cherry and rosy barbs can live together. (I have mine living together). Your tank is really small, so i wouldnt recomend getting any more fish. BTW, cherry and rosy barbs need a tank larger than 3 gallons. the betta fish will be fine in that tank. i would recomend giving your cherry and rosy barbs away and get a fish like zebra danio or white mountain cloud minnow.
