Can I put 3 regular female Betta fish and 2 crown tail females together in a 20 gallon aquarium?
Yes, you can keep any female bettas together; whether Crowntail, Doubletail or regular. It doesn't really matter what tail they have . The thing is to watch and make sure no one female is being overly aggressive. They will fight for the first few days and every now and again there will be a bit of tail and fin nipping. This is normal.
Make sure their are lots of hides and plants. Real plants are best.
Yes. Just make sure you have a very densely planted tank, and introduce all 5 bettas to the tank at olthe same time.
