African Dwarf Frog feeding need advice!?

I bought two African Dwarf Frogs about a month ago I keep them with a betta fish in a 5 gallon tank and after a period of adjustment they seem finally to be very active and happy. I bought HBH frog and tadpole bites and frozen brine shrimps and blood worms because I read that the last two do not contain enough protein for the frog, they won't eat the pellets but they love the brine shrimps and bloodworms, how can I get them to eat the pellets too? Is there any other food high on protein that I could give them aside from frog pellets?
they could easily live on bloodworms alone ... if you have gravel substrate sometimes the pellets get between the gravel and make it difficult for the frogs to see ... they have poor eyesight but the betta does not and i would bet that betta is full of frog pellets: O) brine shrimp have virtually no nutritional value but if you buy a quality bloodworm like hikari makes (frozen, never freeze-dried), the frogs could live on that and be healthy and happy ... sometimes i will go months only feeding them bloodworms and only when i by accident drop too many into my other tanks at feeding time and there are not any left do i feed them the pellets ... mine are in a 2.5 gallon filtered tank with sand substrate, boy and girl, who have mated and are quite a healthy size, so i am pretty sure a diet of bloodworms is acceptable: O)
