What kind of Plecos can go in 10 gallons??

Plastic. Sorry, but the even the smallest species, bristlenoses, need at least 20 gallons. If you're looking for an algae eating suckermouth type though, try a trio of otos. They stay tiny and eat algae their entire lives, unlike many plecos and other so-called algae eaters.
None. Also something to remember is that they eat meat when they are full grown.
