Need help with 75 Gallon fish tank set up.?

I recently moved into a house that has a 75 gallon fish tank built in and I have the following parts. Filter model # E63136 model t3 or 60000-003R ZP. Not sure if it is big enough. Two heaters model LR 93824. Rena Air 100. This is all I have I have no set up directions or anything. Can anyone help and do I even have everything needed to get this bad boy up and running?
Well, I would fill it with water, plug everything in and get it running.

I'm not sure exactly what heater and filters you have, but if the heaters keep the water temp steady around 75F, then they are big enough. You may have 2 x 100W heaters, that should be OK if your house doesn't get really cold.

As for the filters, plug them in a make sure they work. Even if they are a bit under size they will still work as long as you don't overstock the tank. The amount of filtering a tank needs depends mostly on the amount of fish, but of course bigger tanks usually have more or bigger fish, hence needing bigger filters. You can always add a 2nd filter later.

Main trick is to get the tank cycled and running properly when you start it up. In a tank that size you will be OK cycling it with a few small hardy fish like zebra danios, and add your more delicate fish later. Or do a full fishless cycle before you add the fish.

Marine tanks are a LOT more expensive and technical, do a lot more research before you go there.

this kind of thing is better shown that explained, look about on youtube for aquarium setup instructions, all you need is a filter & filter media pads and heaters. Next youll have to do some research as to what kind of fish you want to keep and their requirements. then adjust the heater and and decorations accordingly. also your going to need some random thing like new filter media, etc. i recommend you go to your local petstore and someone could demonstrate to you how its setup. ps dont get suckered into buying any chemicals for the tank ie water conditioner, ph balancers, etc. they are all totally unecessary and just money making schemes. ive had and bred fish for 12 years and 5 tanks and never used any chemicals. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

for now just fill the tank up, check for leaks, in 24 hours the chlorine will have evaporated. once you hook up the filter and heaters, let the water reach optimum temperature. get the filters running, NEVER run the filters dry!! youll burn out the motor put water inthe filter before you plug it in. once all thats done youll then need to research 'cycling an aquarium' to get started. thats basicly making the tap water into fish water.
it really does not matter if its fresh or salt, because all filters can be for both, but if you notice you have a protein skimmer then its salt.

if you go fresh water, you put tap water in it, then get Water Conditioner follow the amount to use, put that in, get some Beneficial bacteria and ad it too, your "air 100" i assume is a bubbler for a 100g tank, let that run too with the filter and everything for 1 week, then pop in some fish and the tank will go through a Nitrogen Cycle, look it up, Fish poop, turns to ammonia, bacterial u add eats ammonia, turns to Nitrates/nitrites, ammonia lvls are high in the cycle and then drop down. IF you have a Biological Filter, which is basically room for these rocks with holes in them that the bacteria you ad build up a fort inside them and they eat the Ammonia if not they have no where to say aside from Gravel, which you should clean from time to time.
