How often should I feed different foods to my fish?

  I currently have several different kinds of food including;

Tropical Flakes

Freeze Dried bloodWorms

Betta pellets

and frozen brine shrimp.

How often should I feed each of the foods. I was hoping that the frozen food could be only 1 or 2 a week because it was expensive.

The flake I've got two containers off

the bloodworms (since their freeze dried) have been used as 'treats' so far. (I'm hoping to have the money to get frozen bloodworms soon

And the pellets have been 2-3 of them every other day.

I also have Algae Wafers for the pleco but he's currently fat and doesn't need them.

I currently have

10 Gallon with

3 Female bettas

5 White Cloud Minnows

40 Gallon with

3 Platy

5 Harlequin Rasboras

2 German Blue Rams

1 Bristlenose Pleco.

2, 3 Gallon Betta tanks with 1 male betta each.
I feed my fish Flakes 3X a day (I have a stocked aquarium with 5 Corydoras and I wanna make sure they all get enough). I Have 2 aquariums, a 29 community aquarium and a 10 gallon with 1 Dwarf Gourami. They get Blood Worms or Dried Brine Shrimp every 2-3 days. I have a Betta that refuses to eat Betta pellets, so I give them a meaty diet to make it up to the Betta's needs.

You can surely give your fish the more expensive, food once a week each. That will be fine and a great treat. Just feed them flakes 2 times a day and the Betta's their pellets twice a day, and also a Cucumber once a week is fine. I just wash the cucumber and cut a 1 "piece off for my fish. It usually floats but all my fish pick off it. Your 40 gallon has fish that would enjoy a cucumber slice. I leave it in for 3, 4 hours max, but 9 hours is Ok too ...
What I do with my fish is feed the bettas betta pellets every day, and only betta pellets. The rest of the fish get flakes everyday, and only flakes. BUT friday is tgif party day, when everybody gets a treat. Sometimes everybody gets bloodworms, sometimes everybody gets shrimp. I alternate shrimp and worms as the treat.

Also with my platys, my tank has algae that they nibble on all day long. Before I had algae, I would give them an algae wafer to nibble on, not everyday, but maybe every few days in addition to flake food.

Remember: Don't overfeed and vacuum out the gravel once a week.

EDIT: Just to make myself clear, on party day when the fish get a treat, the treat is the meal. They don't get flakes or pellets on those days, just the treat. This makes it easier to not overfeed.

EDIT: Vegetables, wafers, and other large foods should onyl be left in your tank for one night, or it will start to create ammonia and rot in your tank. Zucchini, lettuce, and cucumber are enjoyed by fish.
It would be good to rotate between different foods every week or so they get proper nutrition. Also, try adding in a few frozen vegetables and/or lean natural lunch meat ... That gives them natural nutrition also.
