Can Corydoras live off of this diet?? Spinach, brine shrimp,

I like to feed my fish as little flake food as possible, so I feed my fish (livebearers, betta) dried brine shrimp and bloodworms, along with flakes once or twice a week (the livebearers live in a pond with tons of plants to eat ).

I'm getting corydoras, can they eat spinach, brine shrimp and bloodworms with flakes once a week? My fish are really healthy with this diet;)

Thanks!
Yeah, it wont be bad. Mine love blood worms and brine shrimp. Mine get flakes 3X a day (cause I am stocked with 3 new Corydoras ~ 5 in total. And Blood Worms or Brine Shrimp every 2-3 days (cause my darn Betta wont eat Betta pellets). My 2 older Corydoras (3 years) are huge, the female is now over 2 "for sure). Some Cucumber would be good to add. That is the Veggie mine get and I have never offered them Spinach.

I admire your fish keeping and obsessively right answers=) Be sure to get a group though as I'm sure you already know ...
yes because it has protein and veggies.
