For the past month my Goldfish has been lethargic. Today, I went to feed him and noticed he had an excessive slime coat, one part is hanging off like a string, and the slime has white specks in it. He also just started rubbing against the rocks. His dorsal fin is not fully clamped but about halfway. He still eats and has not lost any weight. I've been searching online but have not found anything.
