I'm not sure there's a whole lot you can do. Exotic fancies like that are more susceptible to problems and need very good water quality maintained at all times.
Bloody as in from an external injury or is it internal? If the bleeding looks internal and it's already belly up it sounds like a bad bacterial infection of some kind. You can try a medicated food, but at this point I'm not sure it would do any good
Sorry ...

She is probaly pregnant because i had a 2 fish and she had a huge belly and was swimming akwardly. I ended up with 16 fish.-___-If your fish is eating stuff then it is alive but make sure if it eating or it might be dead and floating. Did you have another fish? it might of interacted with it.

is she pregnant? she could be giving birth and having trouble. or she has internal bleeding. this type of fish are also prone to swimbladder disorders and usually theres nothing you can do

One time i had a fish swimming with her bellly up and i took it back to the place i got it turns out she was pregnant! but i would say she might be pregnant either that or she is dying. sry

take it to the place where you got her and see what is wrong
