How many glofish can i put in my tank?
Hey guys! i have a 16 gallon bow front tank. Now in it i have 5 neon tetras (very small about 1 inch) 2 cherry barbs and 3 fancy guppies. I know the one inch of fish per gallon rule but these fish are super small and i have an amazing filter with tones of bubbles so i think i can have a few more fish. I am thinking about getting about 5 glofish (the genetically altered zebra danios). do you think they will do good in my tank and will the other fish get alone with them?

Zero. There simply isn't enough space in a 16 gallon tank (which has the almost the same footprint as a 10 gallon) to keep an active species like Zebra Danios happy. A better idea would be to increase the number of Cherry Barbs so that they can form a proper school.

You could get 5 glofish but be just to do weekly 25% water changes. After adding them, your aquarium is full .

You could get a school of 6. no less and no more.

Depends, If you have faith in them. I say abnout 3 glofish will do fine.
