Another question ... My ghost shrimp sometimes just sits still .. And then latter goes crazy swimming everywhere and moving a lot ? .. Why?

Yes it's too much. I myself do not feed pellets because my bettas won't each them (The picky little buggers) anyway , my friend feeds her betta pellets and she gives two pellets in the morning and one at night with one day of fasting. The package should have instructions, it will tell you what is best. My own food packs have instructions and yours probably does too . your betta probably only needs up to three a day though. The more you space them out the better.
