Cat keeps looking at me weird?!?!?
My cat (called Kittykitty) always givs me these weird looks. She jus watches me in the kitchen and sometims she stares at me and my boyfriend in bed. What does this mean? Is sh mad at me? Dos she want attention? If i go n stroke her she turns her back on me i dnt know what to do
answer: Kitty Kitty (my 1st cats name was Kitty) is just watching what you're doing. Every cat has this certain stair shall we say. Because there eyes are quite different than ours they seem to be staring. We do a lot a blinking where cats don't and that's the difference you're seeing.
If she turns and walks away when you do approach her that doesn't necessarily mean "don't touch me." Cats will often turn and walk, but that doesn't mean and little scrap is out the the question. Could be just what she needs at the moment. Remember, cats are curious creatures and when they're not sleeping (seems like 24/7) they just want to know what's going on so may just sit and watch. If you she's just sitting and watching, maybe a little treat would be just the thing she needs at the time. I wouldn't make a habit of this, but now and then a little treat is a good thing. Just a slight change in routine.

Watching you and your bf she could be waiting for a little scratch here and there to say good night. You can't say they don't keep us guessing. Kitty Kitty doesn't sound like a pusher for attention. Sounds more like she's a waiter to see what you're going to do in regards to a little attention. As things go on you'll learn more and more about Kitty Kitty's body language. Trial and error shall we say. This will probably continue through the duration of her life, because cats will change there routines and habits. That's when we have to start all over again. People change their habits or way of doing things, so way wouldn't cat (animals) do the same.
Don't think of it as a weird starr, rather think of it as I'm looking at you, looking at me. Or "what's up doc."
She is not really a cat at all. She is waiting for you to figure it out.
She is just wanting attention. All cats are like that,by the way.
