alright 1stly, i love animals .. and kittens, they r like angels .. if im down, their sight makes me feel AWESOME!
so .. there r stray kittens, 2 of them ... i was jus passing by whn i saw them .. i stopped n turned to them .. when they saw me moving toward them, they kinda ran away, but still visible. . they didnt have a place to hide yet .. so i stopped, leaned down n did the sound tht we do to lil animals like tch tch tch ... n they were so cutely watching me lol ...
i slowly went toward them.1kitten ran away while 1 kept looking at me .. the moment i slowly took my hand toward her, she dodged n ran away too .. how can i catch them i once n jus play with the and eventually feed them? i cant keeep them as pets bcoz pars dont want any pet after our loss of dog ..: (
also i dont want their mom cat to feel like her kittens were taken away. they are around 4weeks old.

They are probably, ferral and if that young, will still be feeding from their Mum.

Which is why you can't get near them.
It would be best to leave them alone for now.
if you start feeding them, they will become dependant on that.
If they are ferral, their Mother will teach them where and how to get food.
If in a couple of weeks they are still around and look thin or unhealthy.
Then contact the RSPCA or a cat rescue and let them deal with them.
If they are small enough, you can buy a rat trap. Put some can cat food where you would put the cheese for the rat and set the trap. When they go to eat ...... You got em! Your welcome.
crouch down and offer it nice fish (if it's tuna, rinse it first so it doesnt have salt on). it was probably abused so it thinks ur gna hurt it:)
