My cat is a 3 year old female. She has had tiny red bumps (size of bread crumbs) around here neck, chin, and at the end of her back (where the tail meets the pelvic area) she does not have fleas, nor does she have lice. she has had these bumps for over a year now. She doesn't seem to be bothered by them, but they look as if they are protruding from her skin. What are these? is it a condition or an irritation ?
It's a good thing to ask your vet. If they are not bothering her it's probably not too worrisome, but it could be a sign of trouble .. perhaps an infection, an autoimmune disorder, allergies, a nutritional deficiency, etc .

tick bites or a condition that needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian.
I'm not sure. But it's definitely not a good sign. Take her to the Vet as soon as possible! I hope everything will be fine.
