Having CAT problems PLEASE HELP?

My cat is a short haired siamese cat. She is an indoor cat but some times goes outside. She is very fat and is old.

She has been very sensitive about her butt (more like above her tail)

When ever I pet her and get close to above her tail she freaks out and meows and tries to bite and hisses.

we got her to let us brush through her fur above her butt and we found small little black dots.

NOT alive, NOT moving.

we don't know what it is.

The little black dots kind of looks like poppy seeds, if that helps.

Also, some times her butt (the area she doesn't want us to touch) will start twitching and she will start biting at it.

PLEASE help. We don; t know what to do.
Sounds like it's time to take her to the vet.
It almost sounds like flea eggs. I would get a flea comb and brush the cat with that and see if she has fleas before going to the vet and paying the checkup fees, you can buy one from walmart or any pet stores. sometimes you can even take your animal to the pet store and they will tell you what it is and try and help resolve the problem.
My elderly cat had that. It looked like someone sprinkled pepper on her skin. I never found out what it was but I think it was just pigment or something with her skin. Like humans when they age, all kinds of things happen. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

The tail thing - probably arthritis. Mine had it there and had a hard time pooping because she was in pain. Sometimes you could touch her and sometimes not.
Please take your kitty into the vet. I had a cat who was very touchy by the base of her tail and it turned out that she was constipated. The vet gave her an enema which solved her problem. Overweight cats are prone more to constipation. Have your kitty checked by a vet.
Sounds like a skin infection or it could be something laid eggs in that area under her skin. Take her to the vet to have it looked at ASAP. Since she is old this could be very bad if you dont get it treated ASAP. Remember you can prevent a massive vet bill by catching things early.
If you don't think it is something alive, then maybe she got into some sort of plant. It could have easily hurt her, and it may help taking her to the vet. The vet could check to make sure, and remove whatever is by her tail.
It could be ticks, ticks don't move and only get big after they have sucked enough blood. I would call you vet and make sure there is something you can do about it.removing ticks can be frustrating. They have medication to help you.
Take her to the vet! It could be a tick that has borrowed under the skin this can cause seizere which could explain the twitching! But it could also be a cancer spot or something else both could be life threathibg! Good Luck!!
Sounds like you sould take her to the vet or atleast call them and see if they can suggest something over the phone.
Take ur cat to the vet, also if she is backed up you should think about changing ur cats food.
Go see a vet. I do not think YA can solve this for you.
