My Grandma got me this bag of raw ginger cuz I liked it, and my cat wont stop bugging me for it whenever I open the bag and she smells it ... I let her lick it a little but I didn't let her digest any, I don't know if its safe or not for her to eat it .. if its ok for her to have some, I will let her enjoy a small piece ... but I can't find anything online about it, lol.

I'm not sure if ginger is harmful to cats, but I would not give it to my cats. If a human eats too much ginger it can be irritating intestinally and it might be the same for cats.

a seriously small piece shouldn't hurt her but i'd be careful, u dont want her having any intestinal issues, and once she bites it she may decide she doesnt like it. cats arent usually to fond of spicy things.
