Ive had this cat that came around july 4 he is and Outside cat but we have been letting him in for the winter, we don't know exactly how old he is but we know he is still a baby. he had worms so I took him in to get him de-wormed and did a physical and everything he had worms and I asked if that could be why he wasn't going to the bathroom and she said yes So I got meds for worms and also a distemperment. the worms went away and he has been using the bathroom but We let him out sometimes because he wants out and he ends up getting in to fights, He now has a deep cut in his ear his ear is literally split in two not horribly but enough his nail is completely ripped out from his paw and he has had the runs. He has been doing nothing but sleeping and when we pick him up he (bitches in a Sense) I just want to know IF i should worry about him acting funny or if he is just in pain and upset.

It might be ill.

It is time for him to be neutered and he should stay inside till that is done. He DEFINITELY needs to be seen by a vet right away.

You you need to take him BACK to the vet agin because whatever it is it could be fatal!!!

His cut and nail need to be taken care of. Even if the ear heals on its own, the nail NEEDS to be taken care of. Additionally, when a cat just sits around or sleeps more than normal, it usually means it is sick. Take him to the vet so they can get him on antibiotics or whatever the vet thinks will help. Try to clean the ear with water mixed with a little iodine. You could also put some antibiotic ointment on it, along with the paper stitches. The ear will probably always have a cut in it, if the vet does not pull it together with special stitches. The nail could be much more serious. GET HIM NEUTERED.
