my cat keeps being sick everywhere all over the rugs and white carpet and sofas . Is there anything i could feed him to settle his tummy? Im unable to get him down the vets because mom is at work, any help plz

It might be a hairball, but he's not able to cough it up. Another reason is that he could've consumed something that obviously didn't agree with his stomach. Check to see if he has diarrhea. Also, check for other signs such as lethargy, or any other unusual symptoms. When did all of this start? If you can pinpoint what he's eaten, then you can easily either call the vet, or check to see if it needs immediate attention or not.

My cat puked a few times 'cause he was eating too fast. If that seems to be the case, I heard putting a cardboard with holes enough for a nose and mouth of a cat to enter over the food works. That way, he'd be able to eat, but because he has to reach in every hole, he'd have to sorta pause in the middle.

I strongly suggest you call the vet to see if he or she has any advice. I'm not sure if this would work, but you can try catnip. Cats really love it.

If he gets any worse, try to locate a vet that has emergency services. A cat could be puking because of something as simple as eating a flower. There's quite a large list on flowers and plants cats shouldn't be near. Look into it, and see if you've got such a thing in your house.

Also, try to research on reasons why your cat might be puking, and again, check if it applies.
Your best bet is still contacting the vet though.
