If someone comes to my house and my cat bites them can they sue me?
My cat bites strangers and even some family members inside my home or if they come in the yard.
Only if they survive. If your cat bites someone, make sure it finishes the job!
only if serious damage is done, which i doubt a cat can do. If someone tries to sue you over a tiny cat bite that left a little mark, the court would never take the case. They would laugh at them and say "stop wasting our time"

if your cat latched onto someones face and clawed there eyes out however, than yeah, you'll get sued.\

But I doubt the latter will happen.
Yes
You are Legally Responsible for any damage your pet may cause. Take the first step in protecting yourself and others, by posting a warning sign on your door ( where everyone can see & read it). This way, anyone WHO enters cannot say that they were unaware of your cats behavior. If you post a warning, you are for warning everyone ahead of time, and if they choose to enter anyway, it is a chance that they are willing to take, but you will be covered for the most part most. In other words, you may or may not get sued by someone, but the price you'll pay will be far less.
