why has my cat been sneezing blood?

she also been over-grooming (or possibly going bald) what could be the problem???
hurry and take her to the vet. this could be serious. if you wait, it might be too late. at least ask the vet's advice over the phone, free.
Your cat could have a serious health problem. My old ginger cat got cancer inside his nose and the first sign of it was him sneezing blood. He died of the cancer not long after.

This doesn't mean that sneezing blood always means cancer - your cat could have allergies for example, but whatever is causing the loss of hair and blood in the nose NEEDS to be diagnosed, and because there is the chance it's a serious problem, you should go sooner rather than later.
