Absolutely not. That's like asking if a cat can be impregnated by a human . Species do not interbreed like that. Research your dna info on the net, and breeding. It's not possible. Now different breeds of cats can breed but that's it.
the answer is no, dogs and cats are different species, therefore they cannot impregnate each other. Just like a human cannot get pregnant by a horse ... different species.
I don't think that combo can but i do know for a fact that some animals can mate with other species and have kids. But most of them can't (As far as we know). I learned this in Science. Scientists have video taped a moose "socializing" with a deer. Bad couple if you ask me LOL.
