Traditional siamese cat snaggle tooth fangs and bleeding?

Okay my siamese-unlike my other cats-fangs are visible out of his mouth. And today I was giving him his eye meds (He has feline herpes) and I noticed that the spots where his fangs press against on his lower lip were sore and bleeding! I don't have any idea what I should do?
Sounds like they need a trip to the vet to make sure everything is okay. One thing to keep in mind is that Siamese as a breed are particularly prone to gingivitis so make sure to keep a good watch over the health of his teeth and gums.

Good luck!
Consult your vet. If you are like some of us and money is an issue research it as best as you can on the internet first. He may need to have his teeth cleaned. If there is any damage to those fangs that could also be responsible for damage to the lip. There is also the chance the itself is the problem, not the teeth so please ask your vet for advice.
go to vet, probably need his teeth to be shaved down a bit.
Talk to your Vet. They can help you with this.
