When can I let my kitten out of quarantine?

A few weeks ago I adopted a kitten from a rescue. It turns out he was sick with an upper respiratory infection and coccidia and the vet told me to keep him separate from my other cats. Unfortunately my cats picked up the coccidia indirectly anyway and I had to get them treated (I dewormed them too).

The kitten is now doing great and has no more symptoms, and both he and the older cats are done with Albon for the coccidia. The older cats are curious and kind of frustrated being shut out of the bedroom where they usually hang out, and I am wondering when it's okay to let them in the room with him in the cage? Do I need to wait until he's done with the Clavamox as well, even though my cats are current on their shots and should be protected against herpes anyway?
It is best to ask the vet.
Why not just ask your vet this since he is the one who told you to keep the kitten isolated?

. Also ask him when it is OK to trade items from one room to the other. Because while they are still in separate rooms you can take some steps to help them get used to each other. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

You should trade items with the kittens scent and the older cats scent on them, to let them get used to each others scents and to their scents blended together, before they are put face to face. It can make it easier to adjust. Another thing to do is take a cloth, rub it gently on one cat/kitten's temple/cheek area, and then rub that on a cat you are trying to introduce them to, so that when they are grooming they will smell the new cat's scent blended with their own.

Also you can feed them at the same time on opposite sides of the closed door.
