She is a cute domestic shorthair, specifically a black tabbie (meaning she is stripped).
She isn't any breed. She's a " domestic "just like over 97% of the cats on this entire planet. Can't see the pattern on her sides. If it's vertical stripes then she's Brown Mackerel Tabby for colour/pattern. Brown Classic Tabby if it's a pattern of whorls.
There's no such thing as "Black Tabby" and I hope that person saying "breeder" doesn't mean they are one and doesn't know this!
Like 95% of all other cats in the world, she is a Domestic Short Hair. This is basically the same as not having a breed (aka "mixed breed"). Her coloring is brown tabby.
I would just put American Shorthair.
