How exactly do you make a kitten vomit? He needs to be taken to the vet for an x ray to determine where the tie is now and whether the vet thinks it will pass or whether surgery is needed to get the tie out before it perforates the stomach or bowel.
call a vet or local animal hospital in my opinion ..
ask them what you should do.
if she starts breathing all heavily and her heartbeat speeds up or slows down though in the next couple hours, DEFINITELY make her throw up.
Don't force you kitten to vomit. Take him to the vet, or at least call them for advice.
