Feline Asthma Question ...?

I was able to take my cat to the vet yesterday and they treated her with Feline Asthma. They gave her two shots that were supposed to help. I woke up this morning and she was definitely feeling better, running around and playing, so I assumed it was working. Then just a little while ago she started coughing again but only this once since last night when she got treated. The coughing didn't last long but it still got me a little worried. Is the medicine still doing it's thing or should it have already made her better by now? Again it's only been a day. Should I be taking her back to the vet or am I just jumping up too soon.

(She's like my baby so I can't help but to be a little paranoid, lol.:)
My cat has asthma too, actually all cat's have asthma I believe, I could be wrong. But next time she has a coughing fit, just pet her, and talk softly. The medicine is still doing what it's supposed to do, but she'll have residual asthma symptoms.
What a loving mommy she has! Try getting her a humidifier and that should help . One day on meds probably won't cure her. Just keep an eye and document what you see. The vet may need to change the dosage or the brand.
