These big balls on your cat are known as cyst. And if your cat will not go out if it usually does so this is a symptom that the cyst are CANCER. You need to get it to a vet ASAP!
Big balls of what ? If it is big hairballs just grab sizers and cut them out ! But if it's not Hairballs IDK what to tell u. And I know i spelled sizers wrong.
Balls of fur? Take her to a groomer. Do NOT attempt to cut them out yourself. Cats have fragile skin and it sometimes gets pulled up into the mats. You could slice your cat open.
