My cat was neutered monday night and came home to us tuesday morning, last night he had an accident and peed on my bed so we washed the sheets and left newspaper on the bedroom floor, this morning he went on the newspaper, this afternoon he almost peed on the bed again until I put him in the litterbox and he went in there, he also smells like pee. Is he going to be OK? hes also eaten and drank a lot but sleep most of today, he hasn't pooped yet as far as I know.

Phone your vet to update them on his condiiton and ask if the cat was catheterized during the operation. That can leave a soreness and scar tissue, causing a temporary problem like this.

If he has never had accidents like that before than yes - that is weird.
If I were you I'd call the vet.
I have had many cats and that has never happened.

The good thing though is that he is eating!
I don't think anything too terrible is wrong. Don't worry, just call the vet.
