Is it safe to purify a cats drinking water with a normal dosage of rep-ti-safe?
I was curious and wondering about if Rep-ti-safe is recommended for reptiles drinking water to remove chlorine's and additives would it be something that my cat should have to remove chemicals from they re water. (tap water) i drink the water myself and i'm OK. just wondering if it would be healthier for them then tap water. I live in Nebraska so pollution isn't a huge deal. just curious
answer: No, don't do it. The cat is fine drinking tap water. Don't change what isn't broken.
If it's safe for you to drink then it's perfectly fine for your cat to drink. There's no reason to use anything to "purify" the water for your cat. If you're at all worried about it, get a water filter pitcher or attachment for your tap and that way everyone in your house can drink healthier filtered water.
you live in Nebraska. The trouble with the water there is nitrates in the water. What are the ingredients?
NO!!! dont put reptile stuff in cat H2O
