we tried the pills we tried the medicine in food shes 9 mo. our only pet and stays in house and has been fixed at 6 mo is it the wet cat food

Try "tuna in oil" (canned) with a small squeeze of lemon -- for 3 or four meals. The oil smothers the worms & makes it difficult for them to hold on to the intestinal wall. The worms, also, can not survive in an acidic environment (lemon).
